📋 Description

• Implement cloud-based big data analytic solutions for healthcare payer and provider clients • Guide clients through cloud data ingestion, data lineage, dataset joins, and metric, cube, and dimension design • Lead client onboarding and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions • Act as the primary contact for client onboarding, production support, and analytics strategy • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and data requirements • Recommend metrics, dimensions, and cube structures for payer and provider use cases • Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders • Guide secure data ingestion using SFTP, REST APIs, and AWS S3 buckets • Collaborate with engineering teams on data landing and transformation in AWS, Snowflake, and Trino • Join and reconcile disparate datasets and trace data lineage from source to target • Develop or enhance Python scripts for data validation, transformation, and automation • Maintain documentation of client-specific configurations and data flows • Design dimensional models and OLAP cubes for healthcare analytics • Support dashboard and report development using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Perform exploratory data analysis to support client decision-making • Provide post-go-live client support and respond to inquiries • Troubleshoot data issues and coordinate resolution across engineering and testing teams • Identify optimization opportunities in data pipelines, reporting structures, and metric definitions • Lead internal initiatives improving onboarding, data quality, and client satisfaction • Contribute to product and platform evolution, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum 5 years of client-facing consulting, Business Analyst, or Client Service experience • SaaS experience strongly preferred • Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, including ACGs, diagnosis codes, claims, and transactions • Experience working with payer healthcare datasets • Proficiency in Python, including pandas, requests, and boto3, and SQL • Experience with cloud data platforms, including AWS, Snowflake, and Trino • Familiarity with data integration protocols, including SFTP, REST APIs, and cloud storage • Experience with JIRA or other ticket-based tracking systems • Skilled in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located; sponsorship is unavailable
