📋 Description

• Support day-to-day operations of the IT Applications Department • Develop and implement integrated processes within business applications • Maintain and support the SAP ERP application • Lead complex technology projects through the full project lifecycle • Identify and detail cross-project requirements for cohesive design and end-user experience • Provide guidance and design direction to teams and departments • Research, recommend, and assist with implementation of emerging technologies and vendor solutions • Collaborate with business, development, and analyst teams on technical, functional, and end-user documentation • Create and execute change-request test plans and checklists • Track and communicate project issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies • Lead and direct vendor work and provide vendor performance feedback • Communicate best practices and contribute to continuous IT process improvement • Develop working relationships with customers, vendors, and company personnel • Guide teams in creating functional business requirements • Resolve functionality and implementation issues • Follow SDLC, application change-management, and security best practices • Support escalated IT Help Desk incidents, including off-hours support as needed • Facilitate application functionality, best-practice, and lunch-and-learn training • Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery test documentation • Assist with SAP Help Documents • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• 4 Year STEM Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 7 years of SAP Material Management and integrated business processes experience • Advanced knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies, and tables • Familiarity with SQL, ABAP, Java, and .Net is a plus • Advanced understanding of relational databases and client-server concepts • Firm grasp of business processes and systems linkage, including integrated systems • Working knowledge of PC, Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, and Outlook • SAP MM functional expertise across purchasing, inventory management, source determination, and Procure-to-Pay processes • SAP S/4HANA experience supporting MM and integrated business processes • Strong SAP master data knowledge, including Material Master, Vendor/Supplier Master, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, and plant/material extensions • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot SAP MM data using MARA, MARC, MARD, EINA, EINE, LFA1/BP, EKKO, EKPO, and EKBE • Requirements gathering, solution design, functional specification writing, and business process documentation experience • Testing and UAT support, including test script creation, defect triage, issue resolution, and business validation • Understanding of integration points between MM and SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, Ariba, EDI, APIs, and reporting solutions • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across geographical, functional, and cultural boundaries • Ability to resolve time-sensitive issues under pressure • Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, prioritization, and project-management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision • Ability to align business requirements with application solutions • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation • Employment may require successful completion of applicable pre-employment screenings
