📋 Description

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to capture business needs, workflows, rules, and functional requirements • Create business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and supporting documentation • Partner with business, product, development, and QA teams to translate requirements into solution designs and implementation plans • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions • Support test planning, test case development, and validation activities • Analyze requirement changes and assess impacts to scope, risk, and effort • Identify and help resolve business and system issues during delivery and post-implementation • Serve as a subject matter resource for new business and underwriting processes within LifePRO implementations • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement across the business analysis function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including writing business requirements and functional specifications • Experience working on medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects • Strong understanding of requirements management, testing support, stakeholder communication, and solution delivery • Preferred: experience in the life insurance and annuity domain, including new business and underwriting processes • Preferred: hands-on experience with LifePRO or similar policy administration platforms • Preferred: experience facilitating client workshops, process mapping sessions, and cross-functional solution discussions • Preferred: working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and technical documentation • Preferred: experience with Agile delivery methodologies and supporting distributed or offshore teams • Preferred: experience mentoring junior team members and driving process improvement initiatives • Working knowledge of actuarial concepts and insurance product structures is a plus

🏖️ Benefits

• Remote work / work from home • Base salary range of $120K-$130K • Potential compensation above the posted range for higher-cost zones such as California, New York, and New Jersey
