📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day functions of business technology systems for business and customer needs • Collaborate with business, development, and analyst teams on technical and functional documentation • Review, analyze, modify, write, and execute change-request test plans and checklists • Ensure system changes work properly, existing processes remain unaffected, and user needs are met • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies • Provide intermediate technical consultation on integrated business application processes • Collaborate with, lead, and direct onsite and offsite vendors • Research, recommend, and assist with implementation of emerging technologies and vendor solutions • Communicate systems processes, procedures, and best practices across the organization • Create, contribute to, and facilitate application functionality and best-practice training • Maintain SDLC, application change-management, business continuity, and disaster recovery documentation • Follow security best practices to protect application safety and integrity • Provide escalated IT Help Desk support, including after-hours support as needed • Ensure alignment between business requirements and application solutions/services • Assist department staff with technical issues involving business applications • Provide vendor performance feedback and expenditure validation to IT management • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year STEM degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience • Experience with e-commerce, accounts payable/receivable processing, sales, marketing, customer service, shipping and receiving, wholesale distribution, EDI, or system/business analysis preferred • Experience with an enterprise application platform such as SAP or Oracle preferred • Firm grasp of business processes and systems linkage, including integrated systems • Working knowledge of PC, Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, and Outlook • SAP MM purchasing, inventory management, source determination, and Procure-to-Pay processes • SAP S/4HANA experience supporting MM and integrated business processes in a project or enhancement environment • Strong SAP master data knowledge, including Material Master, Vendor/Supplier Master, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, and plant/material extensions • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot SAP MM data using MARA, MARC, MARD, EINA, EINE, LFA1/BP, EKKO, EKPO, and EKBE tables • Requirements gathering, solution design, functional specification writing, and business process documentation experience • Testing and UAT support, including test script creation, defect triage, issue resolution, and business validation • Understanding of MM integration points with SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, Ariba, EDI, APIs, and reporting solutions • Data analysis and reporting skills using SAP reports, Fiori apps, CDS views, Excel, Power Query, or similar tools • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn new systems and processes independently • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, manage multiple IT projects, and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across geographical, functional, and cultural boundaries • Strong problem-solving, functional, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to work under pressure and resolve time-sensitive issues • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment screenings
