📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior federal leadership • Anticipate client needs and drive project workstreams • Deliver polished executive deliverables in a fast-paced, changing environment • Support workforce knowledge management efforts, including lunch and learns and SharePoint repository management • Edit recorded training videos and produce transcripts using Camtasia and Microsoft Stream • Compile reports, edit transcripts, and maintain accurate records • Manage communication channels and distribution lists • Collaborate across teams on projects and administrative initiatives • Draft position descriptions, policies, SOPs, decision trees, and process workflows • Maintain SharePoint sites and secure, current content • Facilitate client meetings, capture technical notes, and document lessons learned • Develop tracking tools, executive presentations, and communication materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign • Create project timelines, track dependencies, and support project execution • Develop executive briefs, handbooks, training decks, and one-pagers • Conduct skills gap analyses and support workforce succession planning • Support data governance, taxonomy, and document management standards across digital platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a government consultant or support contractor collecting, analyzing, preparing, and presenting data to senior government leadership • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Adobe InDesign, Camtasia, Microsoft Stream, or similar tools • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand and meet client needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Advanced proficiency in SharePoint • U.S. citizen • Able to pass a background investigation by the client agency • DHS clearance with CBP or DoD Top-Secret preferred
