📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the integrated requirements and design validation process • Establish methods, sequencing, roles, and quality expectations for validation • Define, review, and maintain clear, measurable, testable acceptance criteria • Coordinate requirements analysis and solution design as overlapping collaborative activities • Use design documents, process models, interface specifications, demonstrations, decision records, and solution artifacts to validate functional requirements • Facilitate bulk validation of non-functional and technical requirements and identify exceptions requiring requirement-level review • Define validation packages and approval strategies with scope, approvers, evidence, assumptions, dependencies, and exception handling • Maintain traceability from business objectives and source requirements through acceptance criteria, design decisions, deliverables, test coverage, and implementation outcomes • Apply risk-based judgment to determine appropriate validation methods and escalation needs • Package client-ready requirements and design artifacts for review • Plan and facilitate validation sessions, design reviews, demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across business, product, design, development, testing, and client teams • Govern decisions, action items, validation status, approval evidence, exceptions, and changes • Perform quality reviews and identify gaps, conflicts, ambiguity, and downstream impacts • Escalate risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies • Develop and manage the integrated requirements and design validation schedule • Mentor business analysts and cross-functional contributors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7+ years of business analysis experience • Strong focus on requirements and design analysis, acceptance criteria, stakeholder engagement, validation, and solution delivery • Ability to lead integrated requirements and design practices • Experience managing complex functional, non-functional, technical, interface, and compliance requirements for large-scale implementation projects • Expertise developing measurable acceptance criteria • Experience using design documents, demonstrations, and approved deliverables as validation evidence • Experience establishing traceability, approval approaches, change control, and risk-based validation strategies across the delivery life cycle • Experience with healthcare, Medicaid, CMS, or MITA frameworks preferred • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
