📋 Description

• Manage business requirements for small and medium projects or participate on large or complex projects • Work with business stakeholders to understand and analyze objectives, underlying issues, and business cases • Facilitate project scoping and business prioritization • Investigate business needs, problems, and opportunities while consulting stakeholders • Own and manage functional and nonfunctional business requirements • Ensure requirements traceability across stakeholders • Analyze requirements for fitness, business-objective alignment, and consistency • Provide input to test analysts on requirements to be covered in test cases • Work independently with minimal day-to-day direction • Manage work priorities and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, business, or a related field • Ability to work independently with minimal direction on day-to-day work • Ability to determine methods and approaches within established standard processes • Ability to manage work priorities and timelines • Experience or capability in managing functional and nonfunctional business requirements • Ability to analyze requirements for business-objective alignment, consistency, and fitness for purpose
