📋 Description

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to capture business needs, workflows, rules, and functional requirements • Create business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and supporting documentation • Partner with business, product, development, and QA teams to translate requirements into solution designs and implementation plans • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making • Support test planning, test case development, and validation activities • Analyze requirement changes and assess impacts to scope, risk, and effort • Identify and help resolve business and system issues during delivery and post-implementation • Serve as a subject matter resource for new business and underwriting processes within LifePRO implementations • Mentor junior analysts, support best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including writing business requirements and functional specifications • Experience working on medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects • Strong understanding of requirements management, testing support, stakeholder communication, and solution delivery • Knowledge of life insurance and annuity product areas, including Term, Whole Life, Disability Income, Universal Life, Fixed Indexed Annuities, Annuity Riders, and Variable Annuities • Experience in the life insurance and annuity domain, including new business and underwriting processes • Hands-on experience with LifePRO or similar policy administration platforms • Experience facilitating client workshops, process mapping sessions, and cross-functional solution discussions • Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and technical documentation • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and supporting distributed or offshore teams • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders • Experience mentoring junior team members and driving process improvement initiatives • Working knowledge of actuarial concepts and insurance product structures is a plus

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary of $60-$65 per hour • Salary may exceed the posted range in higher-cost zones such as California, New York, and New Jersey
