📋 Description

• Screen requests for services from members • Coordinate assignment and flow of field and virtual care resources across several states • Collaborate with field operations managers, coworkers, and Virtual Urgent Care to assign and initiate responses • Identify and highlight issues of safety, service delivery, and continuity of operations, escalating as necessary • Identify risks of imminent life threats, self-harm, or harm to others and direct questioning and appropriate notifications • Complete assessment tools and documentation across multiple platforms • Support intake, triage, and access to care for Cityblock’s members across the country • Connect members with medical providers and care staff through the Care Traffic Control center

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • Must have a Paramedic or EMT license • Ability to work three 12-hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, plus one additional 4-hour weekday shift • Ability to consistently commit to the required schedule • Candidates across U.S. time zones; Eastern and Central time zone candidates preferred, with Mountain and Pacific candidates considered • Ability to perform intake, triage, safety-risk identification, coordination, and documentation across multiple platforms
