📋 Description

• Analyze market operations execution, member utilization patterns, and Cityblock’s care model to identify opportunities to shift utilization toward lower-cost preventative measures and improve operational efficiency • Oversee daily market operations workflows, including hospital discharge follow-ups and HEDIS outreach • Track team performance against weekly and monthly KPIs • Identify workflow bottlenecks and work with stakeholders to implement immediate tactical fixes • Coordinate between frontline staff and market and central team leadership • Escalate and resolve barriers to care quickly • Ensure adherence to standardized Cityblock operating procedures • Coach team members and support their career progression • Lead the team through operational changes and new project rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or a related service-oriented field • 2+ years of experience directly managing people or leading a significant functional workstream • Familiarity with healthcare metrics, including patient engagement rates and appointment keep rates • Proven ability to solve tactical, day-to-day operational challenges and improve team efficiency • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders • Fosters a culture of psychological safety and humility within the immediate team, encouraging open feedback and collaboration • Models a proactive approach by ensuring all team tasks are completed with high integrity and excellence • May coach direct reports, helping them build skills for career progression within the organization • Successfully leads the team through operational changes or new project rollouts with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset • Bachelor’s required or equivalent combination of experience and education • Medical clearance requirements for member-facing roles, including evidence of immunity to MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and a TB screen, or an approved medical or religious accommodation
