📋 Description

• Manage real estate transactions from executed contract through closing • Ensure all transaction components are completed accurately and within required timelines • Maintain oversight of the full transaction lifecycle • Coordinate with title and escrow companies, buyers, sellers, and internal teams • Serve as the main point of contact for transaction-related communication • Ensure consistent, clear, and proactive updates to all stakeholders • Monitor transaction timelines, contingencies, and contractual obligations • Proactively follow up to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule • Keep all systems updated with accurate transaction status • Identify potential risks or delays early in the process • Proactively resolve issues to maintain deal progression • Maintain accurate transaction records, files, and communication logs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. real estate transaction coordination, escrow, or closing management • Strong understanding of residential real estate transaction processes • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience with CRM or transaction management platforms • Experience in PropTech or high-growth environments (preferred) • Familiarity with multi-state transactions (preferred)
