📋 Description

• Respond to and troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and system alerts • Resolve technical issues relating to hardware and software provided for clients and internal departments • Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions across various systems • Resolve issues related to PACS systems and PACS administration • Escalate and assign tickets to appropriate resources • Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members • Monitor, maintain, and support IT infrastructure, applications, and day-to-day technology operations • Work with IT team members, business users, and clients to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and available • Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and collaborative projects • Occasionally travel up to 20% to support IT operations at office locations or ship computer equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support • Ability to work a scheduled on-call rotation covering evenings, nights and weekends • Experience with IT service-management/ticketing tools • Understanding of computer hardware and ability to troubleshoot hardware issues • Working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, cloud technologies and enterprise applications • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Ability to document technical issues clearly and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users • Healthcare experience preferred
