📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operational workflows and execution • Oversee client onboarding and key service processes • Manage CRM systems, tasks, and follow-through across all touchpoints • Lead workflow management, tracking priorities and accountability • Facilitate weekly team meetings with clear next steps • Improve processes and systems for efficiency and scale • Manage projects end-to-end with a focus on completion • Proactively solve problems and remove bottlenecks • Support leadership in executing firm-wide initiatives • No business development or sales responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years financial services experience • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly accountable • Intermediate knowledge of CRM, workflow design, document management, video conferencing, and MS products • Comfortable managing priorities, projects, and people • Clear, direct communicator who closes loops • Proactive, practical problem-solver • Motivated to grow into a broader operations leadership role • Qualified candidates will complete a 15–30-minute Zoom interview • Qualified candidates will be asked to complete assessments
