📋 Description

• Interact and collaborate with others across all levels of the Firm and occasionally with clients • Perform quality control reviews of assurance engagements • Analyze observations and findings and perform root cause analysis • Collaborate proactively to develop process improvements • Serve as a technical resource for engagement teams through research and consultation on professional standards and generally accepted accounting principles • Assist in developing and maintaining assurance methodology and practice aids for new standards and related learning • Develop thought leadership for internal and external users • Support the Private Industries practice, including Real Estate, Retail, Healthcare, and/or International

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 6 years of experience in a public accounting environment or equivalent • CPA or equivalent • Supervisory experience driving strategic management required • Current on professional standards, FASB, and GAAS • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Solid analytical and decision-making skills • Ability to communicate complex concepts to engagement teams and clients • Ability to use various assurance research tools effectively • Ability to collaborate effectively on technical accounting and assurance topics • Location is flexible
