📋 Description

• Own components of Clarify's Meridian software from concept through build, validation, and release. • Take features from prototype through release, using AI-enabled coding and collaborating with engineering to refine and deploy. • Own the quality bar for new capabilities, including regression testing and release gates. • Triage bugs, drive fixes to resolution, and confirm fixes before release. • Translate product strategy and vision into methodologies and standards guiding engineering decisions and execution. • Partner with commercial and customer teams by sharing the roadmap, writing release notes, demoing the product, answering questions, and prioritizing bug fixes. • Investigate issues and validate fixes for existing customer-facing capabilities. • Write specifications and acceptance criteria for owned components. • Partner with engineering, analytics, and clinical informatics to align methodologies and resolve tradeoffs among data quality, speed, and scope. • Run QA and analytics to determine whether capabilities ship and whether existing software continues working.

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years in product management, product analytics, or a comparable technical role. • Analytical fluency and direct comfort in data, including interrogating datasets, QAing metrics, and defending numbers. • Technical aptitude and a builder's instinct; experience prototyping or building products and working with engineering on implementation. • Clear writing and speaking, including specifications engineering can execute against. • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or health-related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Healthcare background strongly preferred. • Familiarity with claims, provider or network data, or payer and provider workflows preferred. • Experience prototyping/building with AI tools is a plus. • Experience with LLM-driven or AI-assisted features, including evaluating and validating generated output.
