📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-priority technical roles • Source, screen, interview, and close qualified candidates for technical positions such as Software Engineering and DevOps • Collaborate with engineering leaders to understand technical requirements, define sourcing strategies, and align on evaluation criteria • Use innovative and advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent • Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide timely feedback • Prepare candidates for technical panels • Represent and promote the Claritas Rx brand throughout the candidate experience • Maintain the Workable Applicant Tracking System clean, compliant, and up to date • Provide regular recruitment progress metrics to leadership • Manage offer negotiations for successful placements • Help build exceptional engineering and data teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven success working explicitly as a Technical Recruiter (agency or in-house) • Track record of filling complex engineering roles • Deep understanding of modern tech stack concepts, including cloud computing, DevOps pipelines, front-end/back-end frameworks, and database architectures • Proficiency with major Applicant Tracking Systems • Proficiency with advanced Boolean search operators • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field • Cover letter and resume required when applying
