📋 Description

• Own execution of product development across Clarity Innovations' product portfolio • Build product processes needed to scale the organization • Work alongside the VP & CTO to turn product strategy and vision into roadmaps, priorities and shipped outcomes • Translate the VP & CTO's vision into an outcome-based portfolio roadmap with KPIs tied to company goals • Design, implement and continuously improve product practices across actively maintained and supported projects • Own product development from concept through general availability • Make scope and priority decisions and partner with engineering on technical tradeoffs and delivery performance • Represent product direction to executives, customers and partners • Manage competing demands across programs • Support process, funding and IP management for projects across the company • Help recruit, coach and grow product talent as the organization scales

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, including at least 5 years leading product across multiple concurrent cross-functional teams • Demonstrated record of measurable product outcomes, such as sustained user growth, workflow time reduction or cost savings • Strong engineering fluency, including credible engagement on architecture, technical debt and tradeoffs • Hands-on experience in at least one modern programming language or framework • Experience improving software delivery performance using recognized measures such as DORA metrics • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure • Working mastery of Lean, user-centered design and Agile/XP practices, including discovery, framing and iteration planning • Proven ability to build or mature a product practice, including standards, playbooks and career expectations for product roles • Track record navigating complex organizational structures, bureaucracy and policy or compliance requirements • Composure and sound judgment under sustained pressure and competing priorities • Active TS clearance (SCI eligible) preferred • Experience delivering software for defense, intelligence or other government mission customers preferred • Experience with mission or data platforms common in the defense space preferred • History of advising senior executives and shaping organizational policy, standards or workforce structures preferred • Experience recruiting at scale and coaching product leaders preferred • Public speaking or thought leadership in the product management community preferred
