📋 Description

• Write and optimize SQL to extract, join, and aggregate data across large relational datasets • Use Python to clean, transform, and analyze data • Explore datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports • Partner with product and customer success teams to turn ambiguous questions into answerable analyses • Investigate data quality issues and work with engineering to resolve them at the source • Document data definitions, metrics, and methodology • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences • Turn raw data into business decisions for Clarium's AI-powered healthcare supply-chain platform

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in an analytics, data, or business intelligence role • Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, window functions, CTEs, and query optimization against large tables • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, including pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter • Hands-on experience with relational databases • Working knowledge of Git, including branching, pull requests, and shared-codebase collaboration • Ability to independently scope analyses from vague business questions • Proactive identification of worthwhile investigations • Track record of building dashboards and reporting that others rely on • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake strongly preferred • Healthcare data experience, including claims, EHR/EMR, eligibility, clinical, or patient-level data, nice to have • Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/PII handling, HL7/FHIR, and ICD/CPT coding, nice to have • Experience with hospital cost and operations data, ERP/supply chain, resource and procedure utilization, or charge data, nice to have • Experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering workflows, nice to have • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, nice to have • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
