📋 Description

• Lead technical delivery for Salesforce client engagements, including implementation planning, risk assessment, configuration, development, integrations, data migration, staff assignments, and project execution • Keep engagement leaders informed of progress, risks, scope changes, and budget status • Serve as technical lead for assigned Salesforce projects and coordinate technical workstreams • Collaborate with project managers, implementation leads, and cross-functional team members • Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tools • Participate in client discovery, solution design, and technical planning • Lead Salesforce, Sage Intacct, DataBlend, and other integration and data migration efforts • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving Salesforce, integrations, metadata, deployments, reporting, and data quality • Manage application lifecycle and release processes using Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Git-based source control, code reviews, deployment planning, and environment management • Support data architecture and reporting strategy, including data modeling, object design, relationships, security architecture, and reporting requirements • Create and maintain configuration, testing, deployment, integration, and technical documentation • Provide client support, technical training, relationship management, and solution adoption support • Mentor consultants and project team members and establish technical standards • Contribute to sales support, solution scoping, technical demonstrations, innovation, process improvements, client value goals, and professional development • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or a combination of education and directly related work experience • Must pass a background check, including a credit check, at any time to remain eligible • 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, or troubleshooting Salesforce software and other integrations between SaaS applications • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification • Salesforce Flow Builder • Preferred: Salesforce integrations, APIs, ETL tools, middleware platforms, or iPaaS solutions • Preferred: Lightning Web Components • Preferred: Visual Studio Code and Salesforce DX • Preferred: Git or GitHub • Preferred: Sage Intacct, nonprofit organizations, fund accounting, or community foundations
