📋 Description

• Own and successfully deliver projects across small, mid-market, and enterprise scopes throughout the project lifecycle • Lead CloudMasonry project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes through delegation and effective communication • Own key workstreams, driving requirements, priorities, dependencies, and delivery across client and project teams • Consult with clients to identify business-aligned solutions and secure stakeholder buy-in • Build strong client relationships and trust with key stakeholders • Provide strategic insight into Salesforce capabilities to optimize processes and drive adoption • Facilitate client workshops, demos, and status meetings • Mentor and support junior resources • Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through trusted advisory and value-added recommendations • Travel approximately 25% to 50%, contingent on client needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce Consulting Experience • Salesforce Admin Certification - Required • Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud - Required • Ability to define and guide high-quality solution design on the Salesforce platform • Substantial project and client management skill sets • Demonstrated leadership experience • Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies • Must complete the applicant assessment after submitting a resume • Employment eligibility and authorization to work in the United States
