📋 Description

• Help lead implementation projects for client businesses • Collaborate with project teams and clients to design and implement purpose-built Salesforce solutions • Drive on-platform configuration of Salesforce solutions • Work projects from start to finish, potentially across 2-3 projects at a time • Implement custom Salesforce core platform solutions for clients • Assist with designing Salesforce Sales, Service, and Loyalty Management solutions • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on platform customization, development, and data migration practices • Lead on-platform configuration and implementation of Salesforce core platform solutions • Create application ecosystem, current state/future state, data model, and entity relationship diagrams and flowcharts • Analyze complex business processes, identify process improvements, and propose Salesforce optimization solutions • Stay updated on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and industry trends • Promote best practices for configuration, testing, and deployment • Manage time effectively and communicate delays clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Required certification: at least one of Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Developer • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce professional • 2+ years of experience implementing multiple Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions • Previous experience implementing custom Sales/Service Cloud solutions • Excellent client management skills managing internal and external relationships • Ability to work well with a variety of individuals and display client and internal team leadership • Experience with the Atlassian suite or comparable products for feature/ticket backlog management and documentation • Experience assessing Salesforce solutions for compliance with industry or regional regulations and appropriate security standards • Desired certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Platform Developer I, and/or Sharing and Visibility Architect • Previous experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions is a plus
