📋 Description

• Perform direct care and supervisory duties • Perform client assessments • Observe clients to identify target behaviors • Collaborate with clients ages 2–21, their families, and other service providers • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans focused on child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths and opportunities for improvement • Continue development and review of preference assessments, reinforcement, and rehabilitative strategies and activities prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist and aligned with the ITP

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree • Licensed in Pennsylvania/Commonwealth in one of the following: Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a mental health certification (CRNP), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Social Worker (LSW), or Behavior Specialist (LBS) • Professional scope of practice must include overseeing the provision of ABA services • One of the following: BCaBA certification or other bachelor’s-level certification; or minimum of 1 year full-time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA; or minimum of 1 year full-time experience providing ABA services under supervision of a BCBA or other master’s-level certification in behavior analysis and 40 hours of ABA-related training; or Pennsylvania psychologist license plus minimum of 1 year full-time ABA experience and 40 hours of ABA-related training
