Charters, Meetings and Incentives at NCLH is the group-sales and event business unit of Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) that designs and sells chartered sailings, meetings, incentive programs and group cruise packages. It helps planners and organizers book group cruises with discounts, onboard credits and tailored experiences across NCL’s fleet and private-island destinations, supporting logistics, accommodations and event spaces for corporate, association and private groups.

📋 Description

• Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating calls, acting on leads and/or prospects, identifying travel needs, presenting Norwegian Cruise Line products, and making travel recommendations • Establish and maintain quality customer relationships through exceptional customer service, rapport-building, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations, customer retention, and follow-up • Close sales and meet or exceed revenue goals • Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers • Maintain consumer prospect lists and contact database to identify client travel trends • Proactively seek opportunities to promote and sell Norwegian Cruise Line products based on client travel history • Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to explain cruise product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, itineraries, stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and other shipboard amenities • Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings and relevant sales training • Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guest profiles • Perform other job-related functions as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred • Minimum one year of sales experience • Must have excellent verbal communication skills • Must maintain strong working knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line's products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries • Must be able to multi-task and work in a high energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven • Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required
