📋 Description

• Lead and manage Sage Intacct implementations using Alliance's prescribed methodology • Analyse and document system and business requirements • Translate client needs into scalable Sage Intacct configurations • Set up and configure Sage Intacct modules and third-party integration tools • Develop test scripts and validate system configurations before go-live • Develop tailored reports and dashboards in Sage Intacct • Train end-users on Sage Intacct functionality • Provide ongoing post-go-live technical support and resolve support tickets • Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor • Recommend processes and procedures that improve client outcomes • Manage multiple client engagements, deadlines, and quality expectations • Coordinate project tasks and handoffs with sales and support teams • Provide written project status updates to internal teams and clients • Collaborate with developers and team members on client enhancements • Research and escalate complex software issues • Contribute to internal processes, templates, best-practice documentation, and the knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in ERP software consulting or implementation • Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred • Strong accounting background and understanding of financial processes • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with clients • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously • Aptitude for ERP software products and ability to learn new platforms quickly • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and standard collaboration tools • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct implementation across multiple modules preferred • Experience configuring third-party integrations with Sage Intacct preferred • Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing/PSA platforms preferred • Experience developing reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct preferred • Background in construction, real estate, or property management preferred
