CLASP focuses on practical solutions, standards, and finance approaches to drive energy savings, emissions reductions, and equitable access to efficient appliances.

📋 Description

• Run the SOC 2 program end to end and evolve Information Security policies • Own the Vanta instance and run business continuity drills • Represent information security in the Risk + Compliance committee • Lead and collaborate with IT/TechOps across corporate IT and security • Oversee laptop procurement, MDM, onboarding/offboarding, SaaS vendor management and hardening, incident response, and data loss protection • Set direction and grow the IT/TechOps function and team • Own third-party security reviews and respond to customer and partner-bank security questionnaires • Configure the SIEM and build effective alerting • Manage vendor relationships for proactive visibility and risk reduction • Advance GCP cloud security, IAM, JIT privilege escalation, group-based access, and platform hardening • Partner with engineering on secure SDLC, dependency and vulnerability scanning, CI/CD and pipeline hardening, and threat modeling • Work with the CTO and AI Labs on build-versus-buy analysis for agentic security work • Ensure deployed AI agents operate securely • Report to the CTO and manage IT/TechOps (1)

🎯 Requirements

• CISSP certification • 5+ years on a security team • Startup experience • Experience at a company that achieved SOC 2 or ISO 27001 • A semi-technical degree (Information Systems or similar) or a few years of hands-on technical work, such as scripting, web development, automation, or data analysis • Comfortable scripting, prototyping, and using AI and modern tooling • Strong communication skills with customers, partner banks, auditors, and internal teams • Customer- and regulator-facing experience • Fintech, lending, or other regulated/high-trust experience is nice to have • Hands-on GCP security depth is nice to have; AWS experience also welcome • Experience standing up or owning a SOC 2 program from scratch is nice to have • Experience fielding diligence from partner banks or enterprise customers is nice to have • Must not require current or future visa sponsorship to work legally in the United States
