📋 Description

• Execute high-level manual exploratory testing for new features while building automated test scripts • Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright or Selenium • Participate in agile ceremonies and provide the QA perspective • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to clarify acceptance criteria and testability • Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues • Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with developers on timely resolution • Investigate defects and isolate root causes • Advocate for shift-left testing and continuous improvement in quality processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation • Experience performing both manual and automated testing • Proficiency with Playwright or Selenium • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Expertise with at least one programming or scripting language • Solid understanding of agile methodologies with a shift-left mindset • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Preferred: experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS • Preferred: experience with BDD, including Gherkin or Cucumber • Preferred: familiarity with performance or integration testing • Preferred: familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira or TestRail • Preferred: knowledge of API testing tools
