📋 Description

• Support the team with project development in the renewable energy field • Collaborate with clients, CEC colleagues, and other professionals on project development matters • Adhere to Firm policies, practices, and priorities • Perform other duties as requested by Firm management • Draft and negotiate renewable energy contracts such as EPCs, O&Ms, and PPAs

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 7-10 years’ experience at a law firm • Ideally experience in a practice serving clients in the renewable energy and related industries • Experience negotiating traditional renewable energy contracts, including EPCs, O&Ms, and PPAs • Strong deal management, organization, drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills • Team-focused outlook with a focus on mentoring junior attorneys • Proficiency in legal research and drafting • Ability to work independently and with a team • Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and planning skills • Capacity to simultaneously handle a variety of complex matters under strict deadlines and pressure • Admission to and good standing with the Bar of the applicant’s state of residence • Dedication to the firm’s mission • Excellent academic credentials • Ability to work remotely from wherever licensed to practice law
