📋 Description

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Home Weatherization Field Services team, including subcontractor oversight • Support implementation of Phase 1 (Energy Assessment & Direct Install) and Phase 2 (HVAC, Water Heating, and Weatherization) workstreams • Monitor customer feedback and complaint tracking, driving timely resolution • Track project progress and address service interruptions promptly • Report on daily service interruptions and subcontractor response • Collaborate with subcontractors, field teams, and stakeholders to promote program awareness and participation • Serve as a support point of contact for installation partners and field teams • Prepare and deliver production progress reports and improvement recommendations • Participate in technical training and continuous improvement efforts • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements • Support quality assurance protocols and adherence to BPI standards • Represent the program at community events, workshops, and partner meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in energy management, environmental science, public administration, or related field (one year of experience can be substituted for one year of education) • 5+ years of experience in program coordination • Experience in energy efficiency or housing services • Familiarity with weatherization measures, energy audits, and health & safety protocols is a plus • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms • Ability to work with all levels of internal employees, outside clients, and vendors • Experience working with income-qualified programs or utility-sponsored initiatives • Knowledge of NJ Shares, Census Tract eligibility, and community outreach strategies preferred • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excell, PowerPoint) • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • Must be able to travel 20% of the time • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must be able to pass a background check, valid driver’s license, Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check, and drug screening
