📋 Description

• Lead execution and management of one or more client programs and contracts, typically generating $2M-$5M in annual revenue • Serve as primary client relationship manager, ensuring contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and successful program outcomes • Develop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, software development, marketing, analytics, and other stakeholders • Communicate with field-based account managers to ensure project completion • Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions • Facilitate client meetings and executive reviews covering program progress, financial performance, timelines, and deliverables • Identify growth opportunities, support new business development, and expand program offerings • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and program results to recommend enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives • Oversee resource allocation and adherence to contractual requirements, milestones, and organizational objectives • Lead and develop team members • Contribute to technical content, best practices, and intellectual property supporting program success and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience • 5-8 years of program, project, or client management experience managing complex initiatives • 2+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and performance management • Proven success managing client-facing programs, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams • Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing program profitability, forecasting, and operational performance • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer focus • Experience managing utility, energy efficiency, sustainability, engineering, technology, or consulting programs • Ability to lead programs involving significant complexity, organizational change, or new client implementations • Experience supporting business development, contract negotiations, or strategic growth initiatives • Experience using project management and CRM software including Salesforce, monday.com, Microsoft Excel and PowerBI • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable transportation regulations • Authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
