📋 Description

• Manage program data and conduct analysis • Perform program scope reporting and goal setting • Interact with clients and accounts • Train team members, review work quality, oversee timelines, and address system functionality • Drive process improvements • Produce regular reports • Ensure compliance with contract terms, content relevance, and professional presentation • Support smooth internal and external delivery of projects and programs

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years with Customer & Client Engagement • Bachelor’s degree preferred • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
