📋 Description

• Translate RFP requirements into clear, actionable plans • Organize and synthesize large volumes of information into cohesive proposal packages • Coordinate cross-functional teams and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines • Manage multiple proposals, deadlines, and deliverables • Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and submission standards • Support solution development and overall proposal strategy • Contribute to writing and editing while maintaining a consistent voice • Perform quality checks, version control, and final submission readiness • Drive work forward independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Improve processes, tools, and ways of working • Collaborate with business development, program leaders, external partners, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts • Develop proposals that reflect CLEAResult’s capabilities and support company growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, proposal support, program operations, or similar analytical roles • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to synthesize complex information • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint • Ability to work independently, stay accountable, and drive work forward in ambiguous situations • Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Comfort using technology and adopting new AI tools and processes quickly • Interest in innovation, program development, and cross-functional collaboration • Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: experience participating in the proposal/RFP process • Preferred: energy efficiency, utility, or regulated program experience • Preferred: experience with Claude, the AI platform • Must meet applicable DOT qualification requirements, if applicable • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
