📋 Description

• Establish and optimize a business system office using lean methodologies to support efficient and sustainable energy solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows across departments • Use value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve productivity • Conduct process assessments, analyze workflows and pain points, and design and implement lean solutions • Deliver employee training on lean principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement • Collect and analyze data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for process refinement • Advance lean methodologies with innovative ideas and solutions to improve the business system office • Foster employee engagement and participation in lean initiatives • Promote sustainable energy solutions and environmental stewardship in business system office operations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and implementing lean methodologies and process improvement initiatives within a complex organization • In-depth knowledge and application of value stream mapping, root cause analysis, 5S, and visual management • Strong project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and delivering on time and within budget • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Solid understanding of business systems and processes, including finance, operations, human resources, and customer service • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels • Experience training and facilitating workshops on lean methodologies and process improvement • Passion for CLEAResult’s mission of promoting sustainable energy solutions and reducing environmental impact • Continuous learner mindset and awareness of current lean methodologies and industry trends • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
