📋 Description

• Develop and drive a forward-looking roadmap for AI-first AEC capabilities for Unanet’s GrowthStudio product • Serve as an AEC industry domain expert within the Product organization • Lead product discovery, framing, and prioritization for customer-facing AI-enabled workflows and experiences • Translate AEC workflows, customer needs, and market insight into product requirements, prototypes, and release plans • Leverage internal AI tooling across the product lifecycle • Partner with UX and Engineering to shape agentic workflows and validated prototypes • Define success metrics, evaluation approaches, and feedback loops for LLM- and agent-driven experiences • Engage customers and industry stakeholders to validate problems and refine product direction • Communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Engineering and Marketing • Track competitive and market developments in AEC to inform roadmap and positioning • Help evolve Product practices in an AI-first organization

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, demonstrable AEC industry expertise developed through substantial experience working within or supporting architecture, engineering, and/or construction organizations • Ability to translate complex AEC workflows and customer problems into product opportunities, requirements, prototypes, and scalable software capabilities • Experience with AI-powered products or technologies, including LLMs, agentic workflows, AI-assisted experiences, or adjacent technologies • Strong analytical abilities and product judgment • Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, and customer-facing teams • Comfort working with technical architecture, data models, information retrieval systems, and product evaluation frameworks • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and accountability • Self-directed, collaborative, and execution-oriented, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions • Willingness and ability to travel to customer and non-customer sites (~15%) • Proven success translating firsthand AEC industry knowledge into software solutions, digital transformation initiatives, or shipped product capabilities • Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and AI-assisted product development using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Glean, Replit, and MCP-enabled workflows • Experience with ERP, CRM, proposal management, project management, or other systems of record used within AEC firms • Strong understanding of AEC proposal development and pursuit processes, project-based operations, and supporting systems and data
