📋 Description

• Configure and implement AI Governance and Lifecycle Management capabilities within ServiceNow AI Control Tower. • Support Risk, Compliance, and Security Management initiatives aligned to enterprise AI strategy. • Implement Discovery and Observability features to monitor and manage AI assets across the organization. • Build governance frameworks, dashboards, and compliance playbooks tailored to stakeholder needs. • Develop workflows and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI assets and third-party platforms. • Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI governance solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ServiceNow development and administration experience. • Hands-on experience with AI Governance and AI Lifecycle Management within ServiceNow. • Solid knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Security Management principles and their implementation in ServiceNow. • Proven experience building workflows, dashboards, and enterprise integrations in ServiceNow. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment from within the USA.
