📋 Description

• Analyze financial operations and information to support executive decision-making • Support financial planning and business decisions for the Cancer Institute research portfolio • Prepare, analyze, and communicate key financial information • Provide financial reporting support to management and staff • Assist with budget preparation, compliance review, and financial planning • Consult with all levels of management on decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures • Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting, and conflict resolution • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and two years of financial, revenue cycle management, or general analytical experience; OR high school diploma/GED and six years of experience; OR associate’s degree and four years of experience; OR master’s degree and one year of experience; OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience and one year of experience • Must be local to Northeast Ohio (NEO) • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system in some locations • Ability to move up to 25 lbs. in some locations • Must follow standard precautions and use personal protective equipment as required • Must comply with Cleveland Clinic’s annual influenza prevention program • CPA or CMA certification, healthcare experience, and a master’s degree are preferred
