📋 Description

• Provide financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and standard/ad hoc reporting • Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information • Support management and staff regarding financial reporting and related issues • Assist with budget preparation, compliance review and financial planning processes • Retrieve and manipulate complex information using database tools such as SAS and Teradata • Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures • Perform special projects related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and four years of financial, revenue cycle management or general analytical experience OR Master’s degree and three years of experience OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience and three years of experience • Ability to complete sophisticated analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation • Ability to lead projects and people • Strong understanding of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development • Preferred: Master’s degree • Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification • Strong understanding of accounting principles • Revenue and finance experience • Experience in hospital systems and revenue cycle exposure • Technical skills such as Oracle, Excel, Microsoft Office, Snowflake and EPIC • Revenue Cycle Management experience • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system • In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs. • Must comply with the annual influenza prevention program by obtaining a vaccination or approved exemption • Employment offers are followed by controlled-substance testing
