📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end functional design and deployment of Workday Invoice-to-Cash transformation covering Billing, Revenue Management, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Tax, Reporting, and Customer Communications • Facilitate discovery, design, and solution workshops with Billing Operations, Accounting, Revenue, Tax, Sales, and Technology stakeholders • Define future-state business processes, approval workflows, controls, security requirements, and operational procedures • Collaborate with business teams to design standard and non-standard billing, revenue recognition, collections, and tax solutions • Lead reporting, dashboard, and analytics requirements gathering and validation • Support data conversion, reconciliation, testing, UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare • Execute and govern implementation/support projects with customer teams • Gather business requirements and provide configuration support for Workday Absence, Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent Management modules • Participate in integration design and development • Maintain existing integrations, resolve defects, enhance integrations, and apply updates • Craft technical specifications with Workday configuration and integration analysts • Analyze business requirements and produce detailed solution specifications • Ensure productive Workday system architecture, interfaces, integrations, and custom reports/dashboards • Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns • Support geographically dispersed teams with planning, guidance, and issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of work experience listed in the job details • Minimum 8+ years of Workday Financials experience • Experience with successful end-to-end Workday Finance implementations or support • Strong expertise in Billing, Revenue Management, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Customers, and Collections • Experience designing and managing integrations between Workday Financials and enterprise systems • Experience with Workday Security, role-based security, business process controls, auditability, and segregation of duties • Proven Functional Lead/Architect experience on at least two end-to-end Workday Financials implementations, preferably involving Billing and Revenue Management • Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and program delivery skills • Experience with Workday Absence, Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent Management configuration support • Ability to participate in integration design/development and craft technical specifications • Ability to work independently and with teams or Project Managers • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
