📋 Description

• Own end-to-end invoicing and collections activities for pay-as-you-go and prepaid commit customers • Support recurring and usage-based billing models across systems for subscription, invoicing, and payment term configurations • Drive system and process improvements, including AI adoption, automation initiatives, and integrations • Maintain AR health through aging reviews, collections coordination with sales, and resolution of billing inquiries • Propose quarter-end write-off recommendations and own AR reporting, aging analysis, allowance for doubtful accounts, and related GL reconciliations • Support monthly accounting close activities, including contract review, usage validation, invoice verification, journal entries, reconciliations, and analytics • Support external audit requirements and manage PBC requests related to billing operations • Support user acceptance testing for new SKU creation, product launches, pricing models, and business initiatives • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Accounting, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to build scalable processes and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive billing and collections experience at a SaaS or technology company • Experience with marketplace platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and reports • Experience with automation tools and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, and Salesforce CPQ • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret complex contracts and data sets • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience executing internal controls and documentation to support audit and SOX compliance
