📋 Description

• Own the post-signup journey across onboarding, activation, retention, and conversion to paid, connecting in-product experiences, in-app guidance, and lifecycle email. • Identify user drop-off points in onboarding and activation funnels and partner with Product to ship corrective changes. • Build AI systems that generate content for individual users based on intent, workspace context, and product behavior. • Build recursive learning loops that measure outcomes, learn what worked, and improve future content and decisions, with human review and steering. • Drive paywall, upgrade, promo, and anti-churn experiences focused on real value. • Partner with founders, Product, Engineering, and Data to prototype, ship, and iterate quickly. • Demonstrate systems or funnel improvements owned, including their operation and measurable impact. • Explain how to build an AI-native lifecycle system for ClickUp, including user data, message generation, learning from results, and human involvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or growth product roles in self-serve SaaS, with measurable activation, retention, or monetization results. • Proven experience optimizing onboarding and activation funnels, working closely with Product to ship changes to the core experience, not just the messaging around it. • Hands-on experience building AI systems that generate user-level content, beyond templated personalization or segment routing. • Hands-on experience building systems that recursively learn from performance data and adapt without manual rework. • Technical fluency to connect behavioral data, AI decisioning, content generation, and delivery into one working system. • Strong experimentation and product judgment, and comfortable operating as an IC with high ownership and little process. • AI fluency; team members are expected to leverage AI daily and AI fluency is evaluated during hiring. • Ability to work in the country where based; visa sponsorship is not guaranteed and depends on business needs for product roles.
