📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact • Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps • Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls • Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions • Build client relationships supporting retention, renewals, and referrals • Identify and address account risks and opportunities • Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking • Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing • Monitor daily performance against cost-per-appointment and other acquisition metrics • Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine improvements • Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables • Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences • Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing • Generate creative and messaging hypotheses from performance data • Collaborate with video editors and provide creative direction • Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy development • Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events • Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows • Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems • Evaluate media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to identify funnel problems • Report to the Associate Director of Operations and remain accountable for client performance, relationships, and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility • Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations • Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention • Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts • Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation • Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Preferred: Financial services marketing • Preferred: Lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns • Preferred: Video sales letter marketing • Preferred: High-ticket or considered-purchase funnels • Preferred: Performance marketing agency experience • Preferred: Direct-response advertising • Upper compensation range candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience developing and optimizing direct-response ad copy, video scripts/VSLs, creative hooks, messaging angles, and conversion-focused funnels • Upper compensation range candidates should demonstrate measurable improvements in campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and booked appointments resulting from creative contributions • Experience in financial services, RIA marketing, and compliance-sensitive advertising is strongly preferred
