📋 Description

• Provide ongoing sales support to commercial lenders and identify sales and cross-sell opportunities • Coordinate presentation materials and assist with setting up sales calls • Handle daily routine tasks, expedite ad hoc requests, and support CRM management • Manage the loan process proactively from origination through closing • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation • Enter financial information into the loan system • Resolve documentation exceptions and update financial statements • Prepare files for portfolio review • Maintain prospect lists and run reports tracking maturing lines and loans • Monitor past-due accounts and follow up on portfolio past dues • Coordinate opening deposit and other banking services with branch and deposit operations partners • Respond to borrower inquiries and issues with prompt customer service • Provide administrative, reporting, and HR-related support to the lender • Champion social, economic, environmental, and racial justice and pursue sustainability education • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, regulations, and state and federal lending requirements • Collaborate with Compliance on suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity • Complete required web-based compliance and IT training • Deliver high-quality results independently and collaboratively

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple years of experience supporting commercial bankers • Ability to complete assignments with little oversight and supervision • Technical knowledge of commercial banking • Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent education and formal training preferred • Strong accounting and math skills • Deep understanding of banking and commercial lending • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and loan servicing best practices • Ability to learn new tools and use technology effectively • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to comply with BSA, AML, CIP, OFAC, and applicable state and federal lending requirements • Ability to sit, talk, and hear, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs • Ability to attend remote meetings, travel, and work evenings and weekends as needed • Authorization to work in the United States, verified through E-Verify
