📋 Description

• Build assigned components and features, including production data pipelines, LLM applications, agents, and workflow automations • Own implementation decisions within scope and ensure quality, testing, and reliability • Turn defined requirements into working software • Participate in architecture reviews, standups, and working sessions • Raise blockers, risks, and scope changes to the Senior Engineer or Architect • Write documentation and runnable, maintainable code • Engage directly with client engineers and stakeholders • Learn new tools, patterns, and stack components as engagements require • Work on production data platforms, AI applications, intelligent agents, and modern analytics systems, often using Databricks

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering, data engineering, or technical delivery experience • Ability to take a scoped requirement and deliver working, production-quality software with limited supervision • Hands-on experience in application or backend development, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data pipeline development, or LLM application development • Strong fundamentals in at least one primary language: Python, Scala, Java, or equivalent • Strong SQL skills • Clear communication with engineers and non-technical stakeholders • Comfort working in another codebase and environment and adapting to client constraints and standards • Appetite to learn the client-facing side of the work • Databricks experience is valued but not required at hire • Databricks and Anthropic certification expected to be obtained post-hire
