• Support CHAI market-shaping strategies across programmatic areas, including women’s and newborn health and AI-supported diagnostics • Develop market access strategies for preeclampsia- and maternal anemia-related commodities across LMICs • Develop a market access strategy for AI-supported diagnostics, including AI-enabled point-of-care ultrasound • Landscape and analyze suppliers and distributors, including due diligence, market share, pricing, product development and regulatory timelines, manufacturing capacity, and access strategies • Cultivate relationships with new and existing suppliers and distributors • Develop demand forecasts and uptake models to inform access pricing strategies and supplier negotiations • Execute costing and impact analyses for financing, procurement, and distribution models • Analyze country introduction and scale-up requirements, including cost, budget impact, financing options, government adoption, and country readiness planning • Prepare presentations, reports, investment cases, and other analyses; present findings to internal and external audiences • Collaborate with CHAI country, program, and cross-cutting teams, donors, governments, suppliers, and global partners • Develop market analytic frameworks, tools, and templates and serve as a market analytics resource across MST projects • Support business development through proposal writing and donor engagement • Maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders across CHAI and partner organizations • Execute other responsibilities as needed by the team
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment (e.g., management consulting, industry, global health, government, or multilateral organizations) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modelling skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prepare compelling presentations and written reports and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including donors and more senior-level individuals • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and work in a fast-paced, multicultural, remote environment • Ability to drive assigned workstreams effectively through work planning, priority setting, and stakeholder engagement • Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior-level individuals • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time • English language fluency, both written and verbal • Preference for candidates based in a CHAI program country is subject to MST and country team leadership approval and ability to obtain work authorization
