📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day operational relationship for a portfolio of bar partners across Clio Affinity, Clio Library, and the Preferred Bar Program • Serve as the named single point of contact and directly resolve day-to-day partner issues • Build relationships with bar leaders, program staff, and member-benefit committees • Represent Clio at bar conferences and executive events • Advise partners on meeting their goals and provide Clio’s perspective on their priorities and pressures • Drive partner intelligence into Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership • Lead quarterly business reviews on performance, member adoption, and program results • Own annual partnership goals and commercial reporting • Drive commercial continuity by updating legacy and lapsed agreements and consolidating partners onto a single agreement • Drive partnership growth through Affinity, Library, and the Preferred Bar Program • Administer discount terms and royalty structures with Finance and Sales Operations • Recommend sponsorships and bar meeting attendance and build business cases • Coordinate troubleshooting and partner needs across Partner Marketing, Bar Enablement, Support, Finance, and Product • Own partner escalations end to end and route member and product support issues to Support • Own post-signature onboarding, including Salesforce records, contacts, commercial terms, onboarding checklists, and launch readiness • Own promo code permissions and the shared bar partnerships inbox

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in project management or similar type role with high level of external, customer-facing experience • Experience working cross functionally with marketing, sales/membership and other departments • Comfort and confidence in facilitating in-person and remote meetings, presenting to large groups, and handling one-on-one support requests • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs and other SaaS tools • Ability to self-learn and work autonomously once given a goal • Ability to digest digital information and resource from online sources • Understanding and experience of nurturing a program or project from birth to success to growth through appropriate resourcing and relationship-building • Ability to prioritize work requests and stay responsive to team and customer needs • JD, LLM, or equivalent law degree from a U.S. law school is a bonus • Experience working in bar associations is a bonus • Proficiency with Clio products is a bonus • Background in law, legal tech and/or AI is a bonus
