📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations connecting NetSuite, Coupa, Leapfin, and other finance systems • Identify and implement finance-operations automation using code, iPaaS platforms, and AI-powered tooling • Partner with the Finance Systems team as the integrations expert for procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger workflows • Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and field-mapping documentation • Build event-driven automations, webhook-based triggers, and bulk data synchronization processes • Implement monitoring, error handling, and retry mechanisms for production-grade reliability • Support integration development and testing during NetSuite, Coupa, and Leapfin implementation and enhancement projects • Collaborate with consulting partners and vendors on technical integration requirements • Document integration architectures, data flows, API specifications, and troubleshooting procedures • Uphold compliance and security standards across financial-data integration touchpoints • Explore and apply AI-powered tools to accelerate development, improve consistency, and create automation opportunities across finance operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise with iPaaS or middleware platforms such as Workato, Celigo, or Boomi, including workflow/recipe development, custom connector configuration, error handling, and performance optimization is a MUST have • Practical experience in Ruby, Python, Golang, or Bash • Direct experience working with finance systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, or Leapfin • Strong system analysis skills • Solid understanding of procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger workflows • Fluency in REST and GraphQL API standards • Knowledge of OAuth, API tokens, and SAML authentication methods • Experience with webhooks, event-driven architectures, bulk data processing, and data transformation • Understanding of compliance and security best practices for financial data integrations, including SOC 2 controls, data privacy, access management, and audit trail requirements • Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and techniques • Keen interest in improving craft by using AI • Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms such as Workato, Celigo, Boomi, or Okta Workflows • Background working at a high-growth SaaS company • Experience with Workday, Salesforce, or HubSpot • Experience supporting internal or external audit processes related to system integrations and financial data flows • Experience implementing AI-driven automation in finance or enterprise systems • Practical experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions • Candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply
