📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, addressing billing concerns and ensuring timely invoice payments • Conduct high volumes of outbound calls regarding past-due account balances and resolve them • Navigate negotiations and evaluate tradeoffs between risk mitigation and growth potential • Resolve customer invoice disputes and other billing-related issues • Manage customer payments and remittances • Build trust with providers and healthcare executives through financial acumen • Articulate billing processes and educate stakeholders on invoicing procedures • Gather and relay feedback to improve billing systems and processes • Collaborate with internal teams on billing-related initiatives and trials • Optimize customer payment speed, minimize losses, preserve customer experience, and convert revenue into cash

🎯 Requirements

• Active job posting for non-US candidates • Must overlap at least 5 hours with the PST (UTC-8) time zone • Willingness to work US hours (9am–5pm EST or PST) • Reliable laptop/desktop; no Chromebooks or Linux OS • Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection • Wired headset for clear communication • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Stable power and internet connectivity • Finance or accounting skills are not required, though they are a plus
