📋 Description

• Translate complex Product R&D advancements into business outcomes, sales playbooks, and go-to-market strategies for Financial Services • Advise key customer accounts and deliver presentations to C-level executives while maintaining technical credibility with data science and engineering teams • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to align AI solutions with market dynamics and customer pain points • Provide industry-specific AI expertise during high-value sales cycles, validating architecture and helping business buyers calculate ROI • Represent Cloudera at global conferences, panels, and through written collateral as an AI-in-finance thought leader • Design, develop, and deliver AI reference architectures, technical prototypes, and MVPs for Financial Services use cases • Create and manage AI-focused content, support internal enablement and pipeline development, and help acquire new clients • Lead internal industry communities and work with R&D teams to integrate the latest AI innovations into solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to build technical prototypes and design production-grade reference architectures • Deep, hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI/ML engineering lifecycles • Experience with data orchestration and hybrid cloud infrastructure • Familiarity with modern AI frameworks, including LLMs, RAG architecture, and vector databases • 10+ years within the Financial Services ecosystem • Track record implementing AI, machine learning, or advanced data analytics solutions in production • Exceptional communication skills and ability to move between technical whiteboarding and business strategy presentations • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a highly technical discipline • Advanced technical degree or MBA is a strong plus, not required • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship
