📋 Description

• Oversee daily office and facility operations • Manage and lead a team of onsite Workplace & Office Coordinators and Managers • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to workplace services • Foster strong relationships with employees and stakeholders • Ensure financial and budget processes are managed and adhered to • Manage relationships with service providers, vendors, and Landlords • Support and represent the firm in office fit-outs and construction projects • Coordinate with other departments to deliver best in class services • Participate in recruitment and selection process for workplace services teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in service management or a related role • Strong understanding of workplace operations and customer service principles • Capability for developing staff • Professional presence with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to deal with confidential information discreetly • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset
