📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects within 3PL or contract logistics environments • Lead new customer and site start-ups and automation deployments into live operations • Develop project plans covering timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks across cross-functional teams • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations • Coordinate vendors and manage execution sequencing through installation, commissioning, and go-live • Build and maintain customer and internal stakeholder relationships • Manage scope, timelines, expectations, and delivery outcomes • Facilitate project status meetings and report progress, risks, and opportunities • Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Solution Design teams on operational readiness • Support operational design and process definition for start-ups and retrofits • Ensure handover outcomes align with service levels, capacity requirements, and performance targets • Manage project budgets and provide financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership • Identify cost and risk mitigation opportunities • Lead and influence cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment • Ensure appropriate resourcing and coordination across project phases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field • Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management within logistics, supply chain, or industrial environments • Experience leading warehouse automation implementation projects in a 3PL or contract logistics environment • Experience with capital deployments of robotics, conveyor, and material handling systems for new customer/site start-ups or brownfield facilities • Responsibility for execution coordination, commissioning, and go-live, including WMS integration • Hands-on experience managing complex implementation projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet • Ability to adjust plans and strategies based on project demands or unforeseen challenges • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands
