📋 Description

• Provide engineering support for proposals, contract renewals, and re-engineering activities supporting CEVA Business Growth and Retention objectives • Perform data analysis, develop concepts of operations, create design layouts, identify processes, build engineering models, and develop customer proposals • Continuously develop engineering skills to design distribution center operations • Work with Business Development and Program Managers to schedule, prepare, and submit proposals and renewals on time • Provide engineering support for other operational improvements as requested • Incorporate green initiatives into CEVA proposals when appropriate and support local communities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of Logistics & Distribution experience designing, implementing, or launching new facilities and solutions • 3PL or similar experience preferred • E-commerce and omnichannel fulfillment experience • Six Sigma and Lean certification a plus • Experience engineering distribution centers • Proficiency in AutoCAD, data analysis, process mapping tools, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint • Knowledge of WMS functionality • Warehouse automation applications experience a plus • Strong interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated ability to develop relationships and build trust • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions • Ability to travel domestically 10–15% of the time
